HISTORY
API is a family-owned business. Our father taught us his 50+ years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, which has enabled us to deliver quality general contracting and construction services for both commercial and residential properties. As a result, we, the second generation, have gained extensive experience in our industry, specifically in the areas of commercial finish out services for commercial clients -- and -- remodeling and renovation services for our residential clients.
In addition, we have gained valuable knowledge and experience in meeting the remodel, renovation and repair needs of clients who have experienced fire, water or storm damage to their properties (SFR & MFR).
Furthermore, the company’s executive and management team have 40+ years combined experience in engineering, general contracting, construction management, maintenance as well as community development and public affairs.
Because of our years of experience and continued education in progressive methods and materials, we have earned the opportunity to work on projects with private and public sector clients in the Northeast, Southwest, Southeast and Gulf Region.
