HISTORY
API is a family-owned business. Our father taught us his 50+ years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, which has enabled us to be the first generation in our family to become a full service general contractor and construction services company that provides remodeling, renovation and construction services to include training and safety services for both commercial and residential clients in the private and public sectors.
Furthermore, the company's executive and management team have 70+ years combined experience in engineering, general contracting, construction management, maintenance as well as community development and public affairs.
Because of our years of experience and continued education in progressive methods and materials, we have earned the opportunity to work on viable projects with private and public sector clients. Most importantly, API has implemented strategies to diversify its services, specifically in regards to growing its "Safety Services" section, and including additional training services (i.e. Safety (OSHA) Training and EPA RRP Renovator Training). As a result, API has become successful in tapping into a niche market and continues to strive for future growth.
