ALEON Properties, Inc. (API) is a family-owned, full service general contractor and construction services company with over 40 years experience in remodeling, renovation and construction services to include training and safety services for both commercial and residential clients.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: In an effort to stay abreast of industry updates and regulations, we have taken the necessary steps to become an EPA-Approved accredited Training Provider - AND - EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm.
* EPA RRP - Renovator Initial Course (English): API is an EPA-Approved accredited training provider for this course. Successful completion of this course, either the English or Spanish version, is a requirement for any firm or independent contractor who performs renovation services to homes, apartments and child-occupied facilities such as schools and day-care cents that were built before 1978.
(VERY IMPORTANT: Training companies MUST BE EPA-Approved accredited training providers in order to perform this training course.)
* EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm - API is certified by the EPA to conduct Renovation, Repair and Painting activities in target housing and child-occupied facilities, pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745, Subpart E (EPA).
