Even though we are a for-profit corporation, API has a goal to participate in contributing to the increase of accessible affordable housing for individuals and families in determined under-served geographic locations. Our vision is to ensure that we can work on those type projects whenever possible either by providing: Repair Services, Remodel, Renovation or New Construction for both Single Family and MultiFamily properties. We support federal, state, local government, non-profit and community initiatives that assists in improving and increasing affordable housing options, as well as stimulate economic growth and encourage community-based participation in order to sustain a community's overall success. One important factor that many businesses with similar affordable housing goals miss is including the community, local municipalities, local non-profit organizations and other small businesses to provide important input and feedback about what the community needs-- API is keen to that very important factor.
